UNV AVIATION CONVENTION
I. Signatory states grant to each other
1. free flying over their
territory
except in designated areas where restrictions are
indispensable for safety or security reasons,
2. free access to their
aeronautical information
(air info) as far as required for safety of free flying.
II. Signatory states endeavour to harmonize
1. the rules for flight safety,
2. the air traffic management procedures,
3. the air transport rules
incl. management of landing rights.
